Calligraphy for Conference Banners for meeting in China.

These images are modern calligraphy treatments of quotes chosen for a large corporate conference in Singapore. I did them for the firm Super Union in the UK in June 2019. Various pens and brushes were used to write the quotes, but then I had to make them digital so they could easily be enlarged and printed at the location. 

Below are a small section of recent favorite projects I have done over the past few years. I take pride in my work; the craft and the image created for each unique purpose. I think people believe a calligrapher just has a few set styles that they execute and again and again. However, a lettering artist or calligraphy artist (what I am) looks to create letterform designs that are suitable and match the content in style and attitude. In the case of logos, the design must be bulletproof, meaning able to withstand all sizes and delivery methods.
